About Me

I graduated North Carolina State University with a bachelors degree in Computer Science and minor in Business Administration. My long term goal was to be on the business side but also have a deep understanding of the technical space. The thought was simple, every industry requires technology and being able to bridge the gap between the business and technical stakeholders was a clear path forward. I started off my career working in very technical roles such as as software engineer with the intention of gaining real world experience to be able to use and understand when making the switch over to the business side of this. I am now a customer focused and empathetic Product Manager with over 10 years of experience across a wide variety of industries including Manufacturing, Healthcare, Commercial Real Estate, Telecom, and Financial Services. I have a technical background allowing me to creatively collaborate with users and UI/UX teams to solidify product designs, create user journey maps and long-term strategic roadmaps through use of telemetry and customer needs allowing me to maximize revenue and increase return on investment. Learning is a passion for me and I like to take efforts to continue my education. I've done this by gaining industry related certificaions like AWS Solutions Architect Associate, Azure Fundamentals, and SAFe certifications along with things that are of personal interest such as pursuing a real estate license.
